Flyers – Bruins Recap Quickie

The Flyers kicked off their round robin with a decisive 4-1 win over the Bruins the team with the most points in the NHL this season. After scoreless first period Michael Raffle (1), and Nate Thompson (1) scored just about four minutes apart to give the Flyers a 2-0 lead. Chris Wagner’s goal late in the second cut it to 2-1. Just nine seconds later Philippe Myers (1) score to put the Flyer back up by two goals at 3-1. Scott Laughton (1) finished off the scoring early in the third period. Carter Hart stopped 34 0f the 35 shots he faced.
